Partnership for Peace Consortium (PfPC) annual Senior Advisory Council meeting held in Copenhagen
The 2019 Senior Advisory Council of the Partnership for Peace Consortium

Copenhagen, Denmark, June 3-4, 2019 - Denmark, a rotating Member of Senior Advisory Council (SAC) since 2018, hosted this year’s meeting at the Royal Danish Defense College. The SAC, the governing body of the Partnership for Peace Consortium, provides strategic level advice and direction to the organization and to its Working and Study Groups.

The meeting addressed among other topics:

  • The United States’ Institutional Capacity Building initiative and its implications for the Consortium 
  • The core mission and future of the PfPC and the potential role and contributions of the stakeholder nations and NATO.
  • Possible future cooperation between the PfPC and the OSCE.

The PfPC mission is to serve as a consortium of defense academies and security studies institutes that fosters cooperation and integration among the members of PfP and partner nations.
