Washington, United States of America, November 15, 2021 - Emerging Security Challenges Working Group (ESCWG) held first workshop to develop a reference curriculum on Hybrid Threats – The PfP Consortium’s ESCWG gathered expert contributions on hybrid threats and warfare which will serve as the basis for an initial draft of a NATO endorsed reference curriculum.

Stakeholder countries met 15-17 November, 2021, in Washington DC to scope and guide the thematic direction of the reference curriculum which seeks to standardize allied educational approaches on the topic. This first-of-its-kind reference curriculum draws subject matter expertise from a variety of fields and will equip interested Allied and partner countries with a blue print for building capacity to address emerging hybrid/irregular threats.
